In order to create a robust, effective schedule, several sessions will be held focused on Agency Real-Time Implementation hosted by vendors, carriers and user groups (See “Sessions for Agencies” below).  Additionally, we are offering Sessions Designed for Carrier & Vendor Real-Time Implementers and those considering implementation (See “Sessions for Carrier & Vendor Implementers or those considering implementation” below).

Each presentation has been scheduled twice during the day, approximately three hours apart from each other. This will allow individuals multiple options for attendance and will be particularly effective for attendees from different time zones.  We also plan to record webinars for later viewing from the Real Time website.

10:00 – 10:20 – Agent panel discussing the value of using a system to realize efficiency and profitability of the agency.

10:30 – 10:50 – Panel talking to carriers about successes and best practices. (Included will be promotion of the 12:00 workflow session for carriers and vendors.)

11:00 – 11:20 – Hear from a panel of solution providers, Doug Johnston – Applied; Paul Warga – IVANS; and Bruce Winterburn – Vertafore on what their companies are doing to ensure agent to carrier connectivity.

11:30 – 11:50 – 2011 Real Time survey results overview.

12:00 – 1:00 – Promotion of the schedule, with prerecorded video/interviews streaming.

1:00 – 1:30 – Live Studio welcome and update by Stu and others.
